Owned by Mary Huxtable, a widow of Angle Vale in 1904. Upon her death in 1904, it was passed to family members. In July 1914 Henry Wilson a retired orchardist, purchased the cottage, selling it to Horace Chivell, a railway porter in February 1919. Built around 1870's or 1880's.
