Located at the corner of Penfield and Argent road, this brick and stone building had a wooden partition bedroom, with a half grass and half shingle roof.
The first licence was granted to William Penfold in September 1853.
Meetings of the Munno Para West Council were held here, as was the Loyal Penfield Lodge of Oddfellows.
